About the Event
This program will introduce girls to their inner leader, help her to identify and lean into her purpose, explore individual core values and alignment with one’s life, help participants develop their leadership brand, strengthen one’s intuition and practice how to access that part of self, practice filtering out the inner and outer critics and find her inner voice and confidence to practice it, discuss the importance of stepping into her confidence and leadership power and how to build this muscle, introduce techniques to build her resiliency, develop greater self-awareness, explore how to manage her energy as a leader, and build trusted relationships.
This is an interactive 8 module program including 10 two-hour sessions of live video group work. These sessions will be held over one week with a double session conducted each day with an hour lunch break in-between sessions. This program includes unlimited e-mails/texts with our program coaches during the program. The program allows participants to learn and practice their leadership skills and bring real world challenges and issues to the group discussions for enhanced learning from others.
Through fun and contemplative group work, individual exercises, restorative yoga, and breakout groups, girls will explore their inner leader and work on their individual leader quest. Each participant will be challenged to grow and stretch their leadership skills to make their unique impact on the world. By the end of the program, participants will develop skills to step into their inner leader, make choices based on their core values, lead with purpose and confidence, understand leadership techniques and practice these skills, and more effectively engage with others. The participants will become part of a virtual Leadership Tribe that will support and encourage each girl through her personal leadership journey.
All sessions will be a live Zoom interactive session that will be recorded for the participants use only. If any participant is unable to attend, they will be able to go back and review the recording to continue their learning.
This program is targeted at Middle School aged girls (those starting Middle School in the Fall through those who just completed 8th grade).
Participants receive a certificate of completion and become a Member of Inner Rock Girl Leaders with access to our Members Page including ability to network with other girls, engage in age-appropriate leadership conversations, invitations to member-only events, and member only pricing and discounts for other programs and events.
